Liderazgo Por Bogotá, Un Fractal De Innovación Social Y Liderazgo Consciente, Que Está Aprendiendo A Potenciar Redes Inteligentes
Abstract
La innovación social de la que habla este artículo, se llama Beca Liderazgo por Bogotá (LxB o La Beca) y es un programa de educación no-académica. La Beca selecciona rigurosamente, entre un amplio espectro de organizaciones públicas, privadas y sin ánimo de lucro, a personas que han demostrado capacidad emprendedora y pasión por el progreso de Bogotá. Las “interviene” durante un año, en sesiones semanales, repartidas entre tres ejes transversales: Liderazgo, Emprendimiento y Ciudad. Los participantes concentran mucha de su energía en proyectos grupales de emprendimiento social. Los proyectos más sólidos se acompañan unos meses más tras terminar las sesiones para ayudarlos a lograr sostenibilidad.
