Aprendiendo Juntos a Trabajar Juntos
Abstract
La filantropía empresarial en Colombia ha crecido bastante en los últimos años, tanto así que, hoy, las fundaciones empresariales son uno de los motores más importantes del sector social en Colombia. Sin embargo, el trabajo conjunto entre estos actores siempre ha sido difícil debido a elementos disuasivos que impiden el fortalecimiento del trabajo colectivo. Dichos elementos disuasivos pueden ser de diversa índole, aunque generalmente se refieren a que las fundaciones empresariales tienden a enfocarse únicamente en sus zonas de influencia o en temas de interés específicos de las empresas. Es por esto que, en el año 2015, las Fundaciones de la región de Antioquia asociadas a la AFE – Asociación de Fundaciones Empresariales – hacen una visita a la región del Urabá antioqueño, y deciden emprender el proyecto colectivo “Aprendiendo Juntos a Trabajar Juntos”. Se trata de una apuesta única en Colombia, basada en el principio según el cual el trabajo colaborativo puede ser más efectivo para el desarrollo de las regiones que más lo necesitan, generando un impacto positivo en sus comunidades.
