IA, justicia y enfoque ecosistémico - Notas de la misión OpenNyAI
Abstract
OpenNyAI es una iniciativa centrada en aprovechar la inteligencia artificial (IA) para mejorar la justicia en la India (Nyai significa "justicia" en hindi). Cataliza el desarrollo de bienes públicos de IA, como modelos, API y conjuntos de datos, con el apoyo de una comunidad de abogados y tecnólogos. Su misión es transformar la experiencia de la justicia para todos los indios. OpenNyAI hace hincapié en las prácticas de código abierto, colaboración y transparencia, garantizando la inclusión para mitigar los riesgos de que la IA exacerbe los prejuicios. En este documento, exploramos cómo nuestro ecosistema ha desarrollado varias iniciativas comunitarias y soluciones de referencia como Jugalbandi y AI-assisted Judgement Explorer, demostrando el potencial de la IA en el ámbito de la justicia.
